According to Foresight News, South Korean game studio Krafton and internet company Naver Z have established a strategic partnership with USDC issuer Circle for their NFT-driven metaverse game project, Overdare. The collaboration will utilize Circle's programmable wallet, enabling game content creators to create secure in-game Web3 wallets and receive USDC payments directly on the platform.
In addition, Overdare is expanding to the Settlus network to simplify creative interactive content licensing, allowing creators to prove asset ownership, licensing, and monetization of their creations on the blockchain. Furthermore, the integration of USDC has been chosen as an alternative means for creators to generate revenue and settle transactions.
